SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow at least 3-5 Business Days to receive your order, not including any major holidays. The Nola Bay Hair will send an email confirmation including your tracking number when your order has shipped. Once your package has shipped, The Nola Bay Hair is no longer responsible for shipping times and/or any lost, damaged or stolen packages so we ask for each and every customer to double check and ensure that their address as well as all of their contact information is correct and accurate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are finals at The Nola Bay Hair. Refunds and/or Returns and Exchanges are not valid unless The Nola Bay is at fault. NO EXCEPTIONS.
